Structured & Project Finance

Trend Finance management engages in structuring the ECA transactions tailored to the requests of theinvestors more than 25 years. The ECA financing tools are designed depending on the availability of sources and project specifications. In projects with sizable amount of imported capital goods utilized, ECA covered credits are structured together with soft loans, incase available, with partial or complete bank guaranty requirements for packaging the financing of the transactions. Besides ECA cover loans, funding through bilateral & multilateral financial institutes can be arranged for senior and subordinated loans depending on the collaterals of the guarantors, industry, feasibility and social and economic development and environmental impacts of the projects. The financing terms varies depending on the projects’ feasibility, industry, economic and other technical specifications. Especially in power projects, limited recourse financing is possible with collaterals on off-take contracts. For healthcare projects semi limited recourse financing through coverage from ECAs (such as Hermes & U.S. Eximbank) is possible with such covenants on the loan agreement such as the several and /or joint and several guarantees of the guarantors can be eliminated on the project company as the project starts to create revenues based on the business plan in the feasibility of the project. We have several track records in automative,
textiles, healthcare, food& agribusiness, chemistry, construction materials and renewables.
